Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using CreatorTool.Space, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What you're responsible for

You're responsible for what you generate and publish using our tools. Make sure your output follows the rules of whichever platform you post on. Don't use the tools to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.

Voice Suite and Photo Suite (Studio) require explicit consent. You may only clone your own voice and train models on photos of yourself, unless you have documented permission from the person depicted. We store your consent record for every voice/photo asset you create.

3. Usage limits

Free calculators are unlimited. Free AI runs are capped at 3 per signed-in account (to taste Pro). Pro and Studio have a generous soft hourly cap to prevent automated abuse — normal human use will never hit it. Studio credits reset monthly with your subscription.

4. Ownership

You own everything you create with the tools — captions, scripts, watermarked images, voice notes, and generated photos. We don't claim rights to your output. The CreatorTool.Space brand, design system, and source code are ours.

5. What we don't do

We don't generate sexually explicit content. AI tools produce marketing copy (captions, scripts, plans). Studio's Photo Suite photo generation is SFW only — clothed, lifestyle, portrait — enforced by both prompt construction and output checks.

We don't give legal, tax, or financial advice. Our calculators are benchmarks, not financial recommendations.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (mass scraping, attempting to clone other people's voices/likenesses, attempting to generate explicit content via prompt injection, payment fraud). We'll email you first when we can.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (viral results, conversions, follower growth). To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change them materially, we'll email signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
