1. 14-Day Guarantee
If you upgrade to CreatorTool Pro and decide it isn't a fit for your workflow within the first 14 days of your subscription, let us know. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Unused Subscription Rollovers
Forgot to cancel and got billed for another month? If you haven't run any AI tools or generated any assets during the new billing cycle, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will gladly refund the renewal fee.
3. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription with a single click at any time via your account portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will occur.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@creatortool.space or open the chat assistant. Mention your account email address and we will process your request within 24 hours. Refunds typically appear on your statement in 3-5 business days.
