Refund Policy

1. 14-day guarantee (Pro & Studio)
If you subscribe to Pro or Studio and decide it's not a fit, email us within 14 days of the first charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Unused renewals
Forgot to cancel and got auto-renewed? If you haven't used any AI runs, voice generations, or photo generations during the new billing cycle, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
3. Studio credits
Monthly Studio credits don't roll over to the next month, but they're refundable as part of an unused-renewal refund (rule 2). Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once any of the credits in that pack have been used.
4. Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your account in one click. Your Pro/Studio features stay active through the end of the billing period — no further charges after that.
5. How to ask
Email support@creatortool.space from the email on your account. We respond within 24 hours. Refunds land on your card within 3–5 business days.
