1. The golden rule
Your content is yours. We never upload, inspect, store, or sell the text, captions, images, or assets you feed into the tools.
2. Zero-upload watermark tool
Our Batch Watermark Studio runs entirely client-side in your browser. When you drop images in, they stay in your browser's memory locally and are never uploaded to our servers. Watermarking is done on your own device — we don't see your files.
3. AI tools (Pro)
When you use the AI tools (Caption Generator, DM Scripts, Viral Analyzer, etc.), your structured inputs are sent server-side to AI provider APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, xAI) to generate the response. We pick the best provider per tool. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train any AI model, and we don't retain raw inputs after the response is generated.
4. Studio tier (voice + photos)
Voice samples uploaded to Voice Suite are sent to ElevenLabs to create a voice model that belongs to your account. Selfies uploaded to Photo Suite are zipped and sent to Replicate to train a personal Flux LoRA model under our private destination. You can delete either at any time from the Studio dashboard.
We store a record of your explicit consent (timestamp, IP, user-agent) every time you create a voice clone or photo model. This protects you and us.
5. Accounts & billing
When you sign in with a magic link, we store your email, sign-in sessions, and (if applicable) your Stripe customer ID for billing. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run cross-site tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers. Lightweight server-side logs track errors and basic usage so we can keep the service running well.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@creatortool.space. We respond within 7 days.
